Iwata City, Ofuji: District 5, Gohosha

"Gohosha" as the floats gathered at Tsushima Shrine at 1 p.m. on October 19, 2025. Everyone riding the float looks bright, proud and cool! This float replaced the four-wheeled float used until 2010: a two-wheeled float was newly purchased from "Nisshinsha" of Kakenoue, Fukuroi City. It was built in 1970 (Showa 45), and the carver was Ryoichi Nakayama (Nagoya). The old float is now owned by the Santo Mizugaya group in Tenryu Ward.
